Exclusively in 2022, the choir has been approached to join the team at Hobart City Mission for their Corporate Choir Challenge as part of Festival of Voices.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the choir and includes rehearsals with professional coaches as part of the package, culminating in a performance at the Federation Concert Hall.

This is an optional extra event for the choir. All music will be provided.

Transport will be at choir members own discretion.

Friday 1st July, Federation Concert Hall

Wear: black clothes with something colourful or sparkly over the top (ie a scarf, hat, or shoes)

Meet: 4.30pm inside the foyer of the Federation Concert Hall (in front of the TSO Box Office)

Rehearsal: 5.00-5.10pm 

Performance: 7.00-7.10pm

Details: We’ll meet at 4.30pm so we’re ready to go onstage for a VERY QUICK soundcheck at 5pm. We’ll then have access to a space where we can chill until we get ready to go onstage. Some people will go to Mures (or the waterfront) to find some dinner during this break. You are welcome to bring food with you to eat onsite. We just need to make sure we’re back by 6.30pm, ready for the performance. After the performance we are welcome to sit in the concert hall to watch the rest of the concert (we will have reserved seating), or we can go home. 

We’ll be finished by 7.15pm. The concert will finish around 8.30pm.
